Celebrating International Arabic Language Day
date of publication : 2023-12-10On Tuesday, 12/5/2023 AD, Al-Khurma University College held an event to celebrate International Arabic Language Day under the supervision of the Arabic Language Program, represented by Her Excellency Dr. Hisa Fahd Al-Subaie.
The event included a speech ceremony and was followed by an exhibition accompanying the event.
The event aimed to motivate male and female students to celebrate the Arabic language and its importance in cultural formation, develop public awareness of the language, and provide students with the opportunity to express their pride in the Arabic language through the artwork displayed in the event exhibition.
The efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in serving the Arabic language were also introduced, and the most important services provided by the King Salman International Academy for the Service of the Arabic Language were revealed, while highlighting the scientific and cognitive contributions to the Arabic language.
