Usage conditions and terms of "Taif University Portal"
1. The Agreement:
1.1 This Agreement governs your use of "Taif University Portal"
1.2 Taif University reserves the right to change or amend part or all parts of this Agreement at any time so that those changes will take effect in announcing the gate directly.
Your use of our portal express consent binding these terms and conditions, including any changes or modifications as we are having is listed above.
In the case of non-acceptance of any of the terms of this Agreement at any time, you must stop the use of the portal immediately.
2. Content Usage:

It's not allowed to store any part of the content electronically, except expressly permitted by the copyright laws, it is not permitted to copy, store, publish, or distribute any content without explicit permission from us.
3 . Non-representation:
3.1 "Taif University Portal" does not adhere, represent, or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any content and you acknowledge that any reliance upon such Content will be exclusively at your own risk.
3.2 Our portal contains links to Web sites owned and operated by third parties (external sites).
You acknowledge that "Taif University Portal" is not responsible for providing any external sites, any information, or any content of their own.
You will need to contact the Department of those sites in case you have any doubts about such links or the content located on such external sites.
4. Termination:
"Taif University Portal" maintains exclusively the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to part or all parts of the gate at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the portal at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content without prior notice.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties "Limitation of Liability":
5.1 "Taif University Portal" does not grant any guarantees regarding the benefits realized from the use of the portal.
It also does not give any guarantee of any kind, whether express or implied, including non-limited guarantees, or warranties of title or implied warranties of fitness for a specific purpose, with respect to services and content, and you acknowledge expressly your consent to the quality and performance of services.
5.2 We do not assume any responsibility of any act, damages directly or indirectly, incidental, special or causing, caused by use of or inability to use the gate.
And accessing our portal, you express your agreement to be bound by and to be a part of this Agreement, and represent you agree that your signature binding to agree to all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
6. Law adopted:
6.1 This agreement and its provisions are governed according to the laws of Saudi Arabia.
6.2 any disputes concerning this Agreement are to be settled in the courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
