The meeting was moderated by Dr. Basma Al-Waslati, the unit's coordinator in the female section. The meeting included a definition of the unit's tasks and the future plan for coordination between the unit and the events and activities that are held in the college, as well as an explanation of the method of documenting the activities. Also, the student activity coordinator at the college, A. Ghazwa Hammoud Al-Subaie, explaining the method of calculating students' skills in the skill record.
