The recommendations of the 38 th meeting of the deans of medical colleges in KSA

The recommendations of the 38th meeting of the committee, hosted by Taif University, included a survey of the views of the colleges on the appropriate solutions to fill the gap, and a workshop to analyze the current situation based on the results of the study, and the evaluation of global experiences in this area.

Thirty-four colleges' deans attended the committee and recommended activating the project of building a national question bank for medical colleges, based on the Saudi Meds Framework, and focusing on building the blue printing standards and preparing the appropriate rules and implementation plan.

Prof. Dr. Dalal M. Namnagani, the Dean of the College of Medicine, Taif University, stressed that the topics discussed by the Committee focused on vital and important issues in the field of medical education in the Kingdom. She added that the objectives of the Committee included the exchange of experiences and successful practices at all levels of medical education in the Kingdom.
