His Excellency the President of Taif University, Prof. Dr. Yousef bin Abdo Asiri, crowned the College of Arts with the banner of the Sixth Cultural Olympiad, which bore the title (Foundation Olympiad) after its launch with the Kingdom’s celebrations of the founding day. A group of male and female students of the college achieved advanced and multiple positions in the competition branches, and the college won an award The star of the Olympics, which was achieved by the student Essam Al-Khaibri, for his victory in many fields of the Olympics.
It is worth noting that the Faculty of Arts carried the flag in its fourth edition, and won second place in its second and third place in its third edition, as well as second place in its fifth edition.
This merit comes in light of the close follow-up and continuous encouragement of male and female students under the supervision of the Head of the Unit, Dr. Ahmed Al-Hilali, and his deputy, Dr. Laila Al-Harthy. These participations were supervised by the College Coordinator for Activities, His Excellency Dr. Faisal Al-Qarni and His Excellency Dr. Munira Al-Aishi, with the participation of the members of the unit.
