Life in areas above sea level such as the Taif Zone is characterized by low oxygen pressure, which increases the chances of active oxygen formation and free fragments. This results in increased oxidative stress resulting in oxidative damage to proteins, lipids and DNA in living cells. Life in elevated areas also reduces the activity of antioxidant enzymes and the efficiency of the functioning of the body's organs, such as the kidneys and the rest of the body's organs, and affects the gene expression of certain vital pathways in the body, causing serious damage to the health of humans and organisms present in the Taif region. It is therefore necessary to use safe alternatives that effectively cure the damage caused by living in these environmental conditions.
