TU launches the Cultural Olympiad Competitions in its 3rd edition

Under the sponsor of TU Acting President Prof. Saad bin Salem Al-Zahrani, the Cultural Olympiad competitions at was launched in its 3rd edition for three days.

TU Vice President for Academic Affairs and Development, Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Asmari, opened the Olympiad competitions, that witness in its current version a remarkable increase in the number and quality of student participations compared to the previous two versions.

Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Bandar Al-Boqami, stated that the Cultural Olympiad at the University aims to cultivate and develop the talents of the university students in 17 cultural, literary and artistic fields includes cultural competition, short story, debates, caricature, presentation, annotation, documentaries, ceramics, poetry, theater, drawing, Arabic calligraphy, eloquent poetry, chanting, visual photography, graphic design, digital arts, and finally photography.

Dr. Al-Boqami expressed his thanks to all colleges for their distinguished participations in all Olympiad fields, which reflect the positive constructive interaction between students and their university.
