Taif University, represented by the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, organized a RIADI event by hosting the “BADER” program for technology incubators and accelerators, in order to contribute to the development of knowledge and skills and to reduce the gap between education outputs and labor market needs.

Two workshops were presented. The first was the Commercial Work Model by Saad Mansour Al-Otaibi in which he explained the concept of the business model, its sections and methods of design, as well as how to evaluate the model.

The second workshop "Turning Ideas into Projects" was presented by a Support Coordinator at BADER, Ahmed Balubaid , in which he explained the scientific steps to generate creative ideas and turning them into successful projects and how to face long-term challenges.

It's worth to know that the University organized the event as a result of its commitment to activate the provisions of the Saudi Vision 2030 and the National Transformation Plan 2020, both of which aim to make education a motivation for the national economy, to make investment in the knowledge economy one of the pillars of the national economy, and to guide students towards appropriate careers and job options.
