International Day of Radiology Celebration

The Department of Radiology at the College of Applied Medical Sciences, Taif University, held an event celebrating World Radiology Day on Wednesday, 29/11/2023, at the college's theater. The celebration began with verses from the Holy Quran, followed by a speech by the Head of the Radiology Sciences Department, Dr. Ahmed Al-Ghamdi, for the occasion. This was succeeded by a presentation on the history of radiological sciences and the future represented in the use of artificial intelligence. The event concluded with a speech by the Dean of the College of Applied Medical Sciences, Dr. Moudi Al-Mutairi.
Accompanying the event was an exhibition set up in the college library where students from the department presented various devices, technologies, and concepts used in the field of radiological science.
