The Department of Clinical Laboratory Sciences held the first scientific meeting of the Master's Program in Molecular Diagnostic Technologies, in the presence of the department members and students of the program, at the Theater of the College of Applied Medical Sciences on Monday, February 15th.
The meeting started with an opening speech from the Head of the Department, Dr. Abdulrahim Al-Maliki, he included the importance of scientific research and the research capabilities owned by the department and the university, which will be harnessed for the scientific research aspect of the program through graduation projects for male and female students
Followed by a speech from the program supervisor, Dr. Mazen Al-Mahmadi, in which he explained the mechanism for selecting and distributing research projects and the work mechanism that will be followed
During the meeting, the staff of the department presented their research interests and future proposals, and the students of the program were given the opportunity to discuss what was presented, as well as to put forward their ideas and questions in preparation for determining the areas and titles of their graduation projects.
