Career passion
date of publication : 2024-02-20Believing in the role of the employee in the administrative entity and the extent of the impact of his creativity and success on organizations, the administration of the female section was keen to present a workshop entitled (Career Passion) on Wednesday, 5/22/1445 AH, targeting university employees from the administrative and technical staff.
The workshop was presented by His Excellency the General Supervisor of the Female Section Administration, Dr. Abeer bint Hassan Al-Obaidi. The general goal of the workshop was to enhance career passion among female employees and to know the reasons for the loss of passion.
The workshop addressed several topics, the most important of which were: -The concept of job passion -The effects of having passion at work -Finding ways to increase job passion among employees
The workshop received great interaction from university employees, and it was presented to another group of female employees on 5/29/1445 AH.
