Taif University celebrates the graduation of 8988 female students in various disciplines and degrees

Graduation celebrations started on Friday and Saturday and will continue next week

This past weekend, Taif University celebrated the graduation of the 15th class of female students for the current academic year, a total of 8988 students in all academic disciplines and degrees. In a speech delivered at the ceremony on behalf of TU President Dr. Hussam bin Abdul Wahhab Zaman, TU Vice-President for Female Student Affairs Dr. Eman Al-Zahrani announced the official graduation of the 15th batch TU female students. Dr. Al-Zahrani addressed the graduates thus, "With all its abilities and budgets, Taif University has worked to provide an educational experience in an academic environment that is characterized by its continuous development of academic programs, curricula, curricular and non-curricular activities.”

TU VP stated that the University will make more efforts to achieve the best, so that its alumni will not only be proud to have graduated from but inspired as well to continue their lifelong education and development.

On behalf of all female graduates, she expressed her highest thanks, appreciation, and congratulations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman Bin Abdulaziz, and the Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, on the occasion of the graduation of a group of promising young women. Dr. Al-Zahrani stressed that graduates represent the youth generation, “on which the country relies, of which our leadership is proud, of which our enemies are afraid, a source of joy for friends and allies. It is a generation of young people who will have a genuine national transformation towards a better life in light of an ambitious national vision, a vibrant society, and a prosperous and proud economy.”

Dr. Jihan Jambi, Vice Dean for Admissions and Registration, read a statement about the number of female graduates for this year in each discipline and degree. On behalf of the graduating students, Shahd Al-Dosari delivered a speech in which she expressed her thanks and appreciation for the efforts by the parents of students TU administration, and teaching staff.

The ceremony was concluded by honoring the top BA students in various colleges as well as students with special needs.

Graduating students this Friday hailed from colleges of Medicine, Arts, Computers and Information Technology, and Science. And Saturday witnessed the graduation of MA students, as well as students from the colleges of Pharmacy, Education, and Higher Diploma in Education.

Next Friday, TU will celebrate the graduation of female students from the colleges of Applied Arts and Design, Applied Medical Sciences, Sharia and Systems, and Community Service Diploma. And on Saturday TU will celebrate the graduation of students of the College of Business Administration
