TU honors the winners in the University Reader Competition
date of publication : 2021-12-15Under the patronage of TU President, Prof. Yousef bin Abdo Asiri, and in the presence of His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Saleh bin Humaid, Taif University honored the winners of the University Reader Competition.
In the ceremony of the competition, Samples of university students participated in the competition, by sealing the Holy Qur'an with the ten major readings.
A symposium on "Faith Effects on Individual and Society in Teaching and Learning Qur'an accompanied the ceremony.
Earlier, Taif University, represented by the Deanship of Student Affairs, launched the competition under the supervision of a jury of faculty members - Recitations Department at the Faculty of Sharia-, with the participation of 600 contestants this year.
