TU inaugurates the meetings of intellectual awareness and national belonging

Under the patronage of TU President, Prof. Yousef bin Abdo Asiri, Taif University, represented by the College of Sharia and Regulations, inaugurated the meetings of intellectual awareness and national belonging, in the presence of the university’s vice-presidents and deans of the colleges.

College of Sharia and Regulations holds a series of meetings that enhance intellectual awareness and national belonging. These meetings aim to  enhance loyalty to religion and then to the rulers, and belonging to the homeland.  In addition to spreading the values of moderation, tolerance, and coexistence, and preventing extremist thought and addressing its effects, and encouraging scientific and research initiatives in intellectual issues.

 The awareness meetings work to monitor violations, extremist and degenerate ideas and behaviors, and negative phenomena that would call for imbalance and departure from the matrix of societal values.
