TU organizes a forum and an exhibition for general requirements electives

In the presence of TU Vice Presidents and Deans of Colleges, TU organized a forum and an exhibition for the general requirements electives within the project of TU graduates' Attributes (TUGA).

30 projects participated in the exhibition, which represented six electives: innovation and entrepreneurship, digital citizenship, volunteer work and social responsibility, health education, programming for non-specialists, and media and society. The participating students provided a brief explanation of their projects for visitors.

The TUGA project focuses on enhancing the quality of educational outcomes to suit the labor market in light of Saudi Vision 2030. The project uses a scientific and systematic way and builds students ’personality and knowledge to equip them with future vocational and educational skills.

The project aims to achieve its goals by boosting the academic content to a higher level through weaving the contexts of 21st century skills and presenting them in an educational environment that encourages excellence, creativity, and meeting the needs of the community.

At the end of the exhibition, the first three winning projects were honored in the presence of the Acting Vice-President Prof. Turki Al-Thubaiti, the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Development Prof. Abdulrahman Al-Asmari, and the Vice President for Female Student Affairs Dr. Eman Al-Zahrani.
