On the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, and in the presence of vice presidents, deans, and other high ranking officials, TU held on Sunday the annual greeting ceremony under the patronage of Acting President Dr. Saad Al-Zahrani.
On this occasion, Dr. Al-Zahrani also congratulated the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, His Highness the Crown Prince, the Saudi people, as well as TU students and staff. He also thanked Dr. Hamad Al-Sheikh, Minister of Education, for the support he gave him after he was appointed acting president of TU. Last but not least, Dr. Al-Zahrani thanked former TU President Dr. Husam Zaman for his efforts over the past three years.
Dr. Al-Zahrani stressed that TU will continue its projects and development programs in line with the directives of the leadership and objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and its operational programs, especially the National Transformation Program 2020.
Retired employees were honored at the ceremony.
