The mechanism of the establishing

1- A faculty member submits a request to establish a specialized expert house by filling out the relevant forms. 

2- The Research and Consultation Center, represented by the Expert Houses Unit, studies the application and completes the legal procedures for approving the Expert House by the Center’s Council, and then notifies the faculty member of the Center’s board’s decision to approve or reject.

3- After the approval of the center’s council and the approval of the university president, a contract is concluded between the center and the president of the expert house according to the center’s regular forms.

4- House of Expertise president signs a contract between them and the rest of the members of the House of Expertise, in which he states the percentages of the revenues set for each member of the House of Expertise, where a copy is delivered to the Research and Consultation Center.
