The subject of communications can be seen as a system of organization or a management system for the functioning of the organization. The term "organizational communication" or "administrative communication" is mentioned without such communication systems. Organizations lose the ability to control the work and its achievements. The organization provides practitioners with procedures, steps, models, guidelines, and authority to practice different types of communications (eg reports, letters, memos, meetings).

And the existence of such systems for communications gives the possibility for practitioners to use different types of communication accurately and efficiently to enable them to accomplish their work, and in a manner that helps to achieve the objectives of the organization and management.
