Taif University and the Hajj Research Institute launch a scientific, research, and consultancy cooperation

Zaman: We integrate with the relevant authorities to provide the best services to citizens and pilgrims

On the sidelines of the 19th Scientific Forum for Hajj, Umrah and Visit, and under the patronage of the Prince of Madina Faisal bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Taif University signed a cooperation agreement in the fields of scientific, research and consulting. According to the terms of the agreement Taif University shall provide such services as applied scientific research, technical, consultancy studies and training. Other areas of cooperation include the University's commitment to provide consultants and specialists with high flexibility, and to use scientific research and consultancy in the initiatives, projects, and works of the Institute of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for Hajj and Umrah Research to serve pilgrims and the two holy cities of Mecca and Medina.

In a press statement on the occasion of the signing of the agreement, TU President said that the partnership between the University and the Institute will provide training and research opportunities for TU employees to benefit from the pioneering and unique expertise offered by the Institute in the field of training and specialized scientific research.

Dr. Zaman noted that the agreement also reflects TU’s commitment to participate in all research, academic, and community activities of Makkah Cultural Forum (How to Be a Role Model). Dr. Zaman also stated stressed the keenness of the university to achieve integration with the relevant authorities in providing the best services to citizens and pilgrims.
