The Department of Educational Leadership and Policies in Brief:
The Department of Educational Leadership and Policies was established first as Educational Sciences at the beginning of the establishment of the Faculty of Education after the issuance of the high-level Decree on 27/5/1400 H. The department began to offer programs and plans in the academic year (1401/1402). The name of the department was changed from the Department of Educational Sciences to the Department of Educational Leadership and Policies in the academic year 1437/1438 AH.

To conduct high quality research and provide unique courses and programs in the field of educational leadership and educational policy that have tangible impacts on educational and social issues, policies, and practices.
