Administration

It is the department concerned with the application of policies and procedures, both administrative and financial, and related to personnel affairs, including organizing, controlling, following up, evaluating, archiving, managing and controlling the revenues and financial expenditures of the Deanship, and it is responsible for everything related to personnel affairs such as organizing, controlling, monitoring and evaluating.

The administration consists of: (Dean of the Deanship of Library Affairs, Vice Dean of Library Affairs, Director of Administration, Secretary, Administrative Communications, Financial Affairs, Personnel Affairs, Public Relations).
