Health Awareness Event
Date : 2022-11-03 Time : 10:00:00Proceeding from feeling the importance of the awareness role of the students of Turabah University College, the male and female students of the Department of Clinical Laboratory Sciences held a health awareness event; Its goal is to raise awareness of the dangers of drugs, obesity, lung cancer, diabetes, and breast cancer, and the importance of understanding of early detection and diagnosis.
The male and female students explained fully the dangers of drugs and their impact on the health of the individual and society, and the role of male and female students in educating their colleagues about the dangers that threaten their professional and health future.
The students also explained the dangers of smoking and its impact on health and raised awareness of lung cancer, which may result primarily from smoking.
The event also included raising awareness about obesity and diabetes, how to diagnose early, and choosing the appropriate diet.
The students were interested in educating their colleagues about the necessity of periodic examinations for breast cancer and its symptoms. This is because of his role in the full recovery by God willing.
The event was attended by a number of college students, male and female students, and some college employees.
